In the upcoming weeks Club One3One will be going through many significant changes. Among the physical changes to the club we will be hiring positions for our in-house promotions and marketing staff. The following will explain the job openings we are currently looking to fill. We are looking for individuals to work exclusively for our company.
Promotions/Marketing Director (1 opening)
Job description:
The person we are seeking for will be in charge of coordinating event and promotional concepts such as themed nights/parties, contests, giveaways, holidays, and birthday promotions. You’ll work closely with our Web/Internet Media Manager on implementing marketing and promotional strategies to target our customer base. Aside from the creative freedom and innovation that this position requires, you will also be managing our VIP hosts and street crew members, as well as conducting weekly meetings to ensure tasks are being fulfilled.
Requirements:
Nightclub and/or marketing experience is a plus, but not an absolute requirement. We are looking for someone who is well organized and able to lead others on multiple tasks. Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently with little or no supervision. Ideal candidates will possess an assertive and positive attitude with a good work ethic. You must be creative and have a relative understanding of being hospitable and be able to adapt to any given situation. We are looking for an individual who has a strong desire to advance and grow with our company.
VIP Hosts (4 openings)
Job description:
Accommodate guests as they arrive to the club, especially those with a reservation for a cabana or the VIP room celebrating a birthday or special occasion. Aside from being hospitable to our guests that come to the club, you will also be networking and promoting the club throughout the week through a personalized Club One3One “VIP Host” Myspace account. In this account you will be retrieving a prominent guest list and inquiring on new potential guests. In short, the primary role of this position is to be a presence while representing the club, and making people feel comfortable and welcome assuring that they have a good time while at our venue.
Requirements:
Nightclub experience is not required, however, an outgoing, fun, and friendly personality is necessary. You must have a cell phone and easy accessibility to a computer with online access when not at the club. Stylish but professional attire is mandatory. You will be afforded days off, but you still must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and late into the night/early morning.
Street Crew members
Job description:
Promote the club, and nightly events using our personalized logos, templates, and e-flyers through social networking web-sites such as myspace, facebook, ect. For special events you will be asked to distribute flyers and promotional items to our customer base. You will be granted free entry to all club events, provided a club ID lanyard, and apparel sporting the club logo.
Requirements:
No nightclub experience is required. A willingness to learn while having a positive and hard working attitude is what we’re looking for. This position doesn’t have large financial compensations, but does present an opportunity to show your work ethic to be able to advance in our company for more desirable positions with greater benefits. This is a perfect opportunity for someone to get their “foot in the door” in the nightclub business.
